The Pull Out Test (POT) is an essential mechanical test that verifies the resistance of the anchoring of the support poles of the photovoltaic modules to the ground. This procedure guarantees the stability of the system even in extreme weather conditions.
Hydraulic Jack (≥50 kN): Applies controlled loads to simulate real stresses.
Meter: Detects displacements and deformations of the pile.
Drilling Machine: Prepares the ground for optimal installation, especially in compact soils.
Pile Driver: Ensures stable and vertical insertion of the pile.
Pile Driving: Precise location and verticality verification is performed, using the pile driver for direct driving or, if necessary, drilling followed by compaction.
Load Application: Progressive loads are applied (horizontal and vertical, both in compression and in tension) to test the mechanical response of the ground, carefully monitoring each movement.
Verification and Recovery: If the results exceed the safety parameters, the system is certified. Otherwise, we adopt recovery strategies (new driving point, increase in depth) to ensure compliance with the requirements.
